Extremism is usually a sign that something is out of
balance. The best, the ideal, the truth, almost always lays somewhere in the
middle.
WHAT YOU DO MATTERS - - - - - - - - - - DON’T TAKE YOURSELF SO
SERIOUSLY.
There should be a
maybe medium between slacking off and the person who seems stressed everyday
because their life and job is “just so hard.” or “too important.”
BE EFFICIENT - - - - - - - - - - RELAX
Some days you need to
wake up, get going and keep the house and family functioning. Other days, you
need that extra hour of sleep and a latte so you’re ready to wake up early
tomorrow.
TEACH YOUR KIDS - - - - - - - - - - LET THEM BE KIDS
Kids need structure
and lessons and to be kept safe. They’ll also be fine eating dirt at the park
and jumping off tree branches into the creek. We all did it and are better for
it.
EAT HEALTHY - - - - - - - - - - INDULGE
Most days choose the
chicken wrap. And when you do go pizza and chocolate cake, don’t make a giant
deal. It’s a treat. Treat it that way
BE HAPPY - - - - - - - - - - LIVE FOR SOMETHING
You get one life and you
want to enjoy it. At the same time we recognize that life is more me. Learn to
enjoy a life that is lived for a greater purpose.
